Scope and current use
This notice covers cookies, local browser storage, and similar technologies on klaxify public websites. The signed-in application also uses essential session and security storage needed to provide the service.
klaxify does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising cookies on its public marketing pages by default. The consent system is designed to prevent optional tools from loading before permission if those tools are introduced.
Cookie categories
- Essential — security, forms, authentication sessions, request routing, fraud prevention, and the record of your cookie choice. These technologies cannot be switched off through the preference center because the site may not work without them.
- Preferences — optional storage that remembers display or experience choices.
- Analytics — optional measurement of site use, reliability, and page performance.
- Marketing — optional campaign attribution or technologies used to make promotions more relevant.
Your controls
On your first visit, the consent panel offers equally available choices to accept all, reject optional technologies, or customize each optional category. After you choose, use the Cookie preferences control in the footer or the compact control at the lower left of a public page to change your selection.
An active Global Privacy Control browser signal keeps marketing cookies off. You can also use the “Do not sell or share my personal information” control. klaxify does not sell personal information for money.
Storage period and updates
The consent record contains the policy version, category choices, and time of the selection. It is stored in your browser and in a first-party cookie shared across klaxify public subdomains for up to 180 days, then the site asks again. It does not contain your name, email address, or account identifier.
If optional providers are introduced, the public notice and preference categories will be updated before or when they are enabled. Provider-specific retention can vary and will be disclosed where applicable.
