Before purchase
The checkout or order form identifies the plan, billing interval, recurring price, included usage, overage price, trial length, and any promotional terms. Annual billing is charged for the annual term; monthly billing is charged monthly.
Renewal and overages
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until canceled. Metered charges apply only to the documented billable unit after reconciliation. Drafts, failed delivery, duplicate retries, and excluded events described in the plan are not intended to be billed.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel through the available billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period unless law, a refund, or an order form requires otherwise. We do not create intentionally difficult cancellation paths.
