Before you begin
Content Studio is temporarily unavailable while its publishing, image-selection, and social-distribution workflow is revalidated. Existing Shopify articles are not changed. The integration will return to the Integrations directory only after end-to-end publishing checks pass.
The instructions below describe the retained workflow and will apply when Content Studio is enabled again.
If the Shopify blog list is empty or shows an access-denied message, choose Grant Content Studio permissions. Shopify opens its own approval screen for the optional content and online-store page permissions. Approve the request, then return to Content Studio and refresh the page. Reconnecting Shopify through the normal OAuth button does not grant optional managed-install permissions.
Configure the publishing system
Open Content Studio from the workspace navigation. In Publishing system:
- Choose how often klaxify should create posts. A daily schedule can include up to eight exact publishing times, such as
09:00, 13:00, 18:00. - Choose the workspace timezone used for those times.
- Add one topic per line. The scheduler rotates through these topics.
- Describe the intended audience and brand voice.
- Choose the Shopify blog where articles should be published.
- Optionally choose a synced Shopify product. The post will include its verified image, name, details, and storefront link.
- Choose a configured AI employee as the author. Its name, portrait, biography, voice, and operating instructions guide the post and author profile. You can use a custom author instead.
- Save the settings.
Leave the featured-image fields empty to use a curated free Unsplash image automatically. klaxify checks both its tenant-scoped publishing history and the existing Shopify blog before choosing a photo, and it will never reuse the same Unsplash image for another article. If the approved image library is exhausted, publishing stops instead of repeating a photo. klaxify adds photographer attribution and a source link. You can instead provide an approved image URL, photographer name, and source URL.
Review a draft
Choose Generate blog draft to create a post immediately. The completed draft appears in the editorial queue with editable fields for the article title, summary, HTML, tags, SEO title, and meta description.
Review factual and product claims before choosing Approve and publish to Shopify. You can discard a draft without changing Shopify.
Turn on automatic publishing
Enable Scheduled blogs to create posts on the saved cadence. Enable Automatic publishing only when you want generated posts to publish without human review.
Automatic publishing uses the same saved blog, author, image, SEO, and product settings. Disable either switch at any time to stop future automatic posts. Existing Shopify articles are not removed.
After Shopify confirms a new article, Content Studio automatically shares the title, summary, link, and featured image to every Facebook Page and Instagram professional account connected to the same workspace. Social publishing is recorded separately, so a temporary Meta error cannot create a duplicate Shopify article.
Safety and tenant isolation
Content Studio uses only your organization’s settings, Shopify connection, product catalog, and publishing history. It cannot use another tenant’s products or credentials. The writer is instructed not to invent product claims, certifications, statistics, testimonials, medical claims, or guarantees.
